The Biscuit Express was a dream come true for Mike Donovan (Founder and President). The Biscuit Express was born on November 5th, 1997 by Mike and Judie Donovan in Meridianville Alabama. Mike had been in the fast food industry since 1974 with a major food chain. When it became evident that FAST FOOD wasn't really FAST anymore, they created a concept that would take BREAKFAST and LUNCH to a new FASTER LEVEL, with good ol' fashioned FRIENDLY and COURTEOUS service and generous portions of FRESHLY PREPARED food products for each and every customer.
